JODY GALADRIEL FRIEND is a writer, musician, model, actress, producer, nerd, witch, and five-foot-ten neurodivergent southern-bred goth absolute dreamboat babe who currently resides in Portland, Oregon. She is the frontwoman of queer Appalachian doom punk band Public Universal Friend and her debut book Transangelicism: memoir of a transgender ex-vangelical released in October 2024.
